Privacy policy
StepWise is designed to analyze Jira Automation exports locally in your browser without sending the file to a StepWise application server.
Data processed in your browser
Your selected JSON file and monthly execution inputs are processed in the browser. StepWise does not intentionally upload or retain their contents on an application server. Paid-access status may be stored in your browser so the unlocked experience remains available on that device.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives the information you provide during checkout and processes it under its own privacy policy. StepWise does not receive or store your full card details.
Hosting and operational data
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process limited network, security, and request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Support messages
If you contact support, we use the information you provide to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send Jira credentials, API tokens, secrets, or unredacted exports unless specifically requested through an agreed secure method.
